The health and safety of each of our guests is extremely important to us. As of February 16, 2022, MASS MoCA requires all guests age 5 and up to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Currently, the museum does not require attendees at private events like ours to show vaccination documentation, so we respectfully request that you consider your vaccination status prior to attending.

Cocktail attire. (Please note, our wedding ceremony and reception will both take place indoors.)

We will provide a shuttle between the Fairfield Inn and MASS MoCA before and after our wedding — we recommend arriving a few minutes before the scheduled departure times listed below.

Before the wedding:
Shuttle 1: departs at 4:30 PM
Shuttle 2: departs at 5:00 PM

After the wedding:
Shuttle 1: departs at 10:15 PM
Shuttle 2: departs at 11:10 PM
Shuttle 3: departs at 12:10 AM

If you are driving, our venue offers convenient, complimentary on-site parking.

Enjoy late-night snacks and craft beers with us following our reception.
